Genzyme Completes Transaction with Bayer HealthCare

(Nasdaq: GENZ) announced today that it has completed the transaction with Bayer HealthCare to acquire the worldwide rights to Campath®/MabCampath® (alemtuzumab), giving Genzyme primary responsibility for the development and commercialization of this therapeutic.
